• Fridays 2pm-6pm. 

Offering intuitive massage, holistic bodywork, QHHT and massage practitioner immersions, Mary Jo provides deeply restorative sessions designed to nurture your body, mind, and energetic field.

All treatments are by appointment only, located in a relaxing Day Spa like space with ocean views and the sounds of the waves in Tairua. This is a space you are invited to deeply relax and feel un-rushed and un-pressured in as you receive the well-being goodness.

• Holistic Massage incorporating many different massage styles and techniques from Relaxing Swedish to Deeper Tissues to Therapeutic, Sports, Remedial, Lomi Lomi, Trigger point release, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology ( allow 60min or 90min )

 

• Quantum Healing Hypnosis sessions ( QHHT ) ( allow 2 hrs for Introductory session and 4 hrs for a full session, including a recording to integrate over the following days and weeks ) 

 

• Professional Massage Immersions & workshops. ( allow from 2hrs workshops to 6 day immersions ) ​
